It doesn’t have to be all treadmills and fluorescent gym lighting, we promise. In fact, a hiking habit is a great way to get more movement and see some sights!

Hawaiian is a beautiful language that doesn’t have to be complicated. Learn some simple phrases, and find further resources here.
