Bello Realty, Inc. is a family - owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience in theMaui real estatemarket. 

We are an integral part of the real estate market on Maui and have assisted the development and ,marketing of many of Maui's landmark properties including: Makena Beach Lots, Maui Hill, Hale Pi'ilani, Kihei Villages, Kaimanu Estates, Kamaole Beach Center, Kealia Beach Center, Honokowai Beach Center and Dophin Plaza.

14 homes on Kauhale Street, Kihei/Wailea:

1982- 1983. Developed homes on parcels owned by Wailea development adjacent to the Resort.. Bello Realty, Inc. conducted all sales on the project.

Kamaole Shopping Center, Kihei.

1984-1987 General Partner in this 20,000 square foot resort- retail development. Obtained all entitlements for the project. Bello Realty, Inc. was responsible for all of the leasing for this project. Sold in 1987

Kealia Beach Plaza, Kihei

1984-1987. This beachfront retail building was vacant and unfinished when Bello Realty, Inc. took over management. We consulted and directed the completion of the building, as well as leased it to 100% occupancy. We later bought the building and sold it in 1987. In between 1999 and 2001 we sold the project to a client and re-zoned the property for residential use. Bello Realty, Inc. sold it again in 2001 as a high end residential site.

Kaimanu Estates Subdivision, Kihei.

1989-1991. General Partners in the group that acquired the land and developed this nine parcel gated subdivision of luxury 2 acre lots. We were also involved in the sale and re-sale of several of the parcels. Located adjacent to Maui Meadows, this property contains some of the finest homes in Kihei.

Halama Residential, Kihei.

1988-1991 Subdivided a 1 acre parcel on the Mauka side of Halama Street in Kihei into 3 residential lots. Sold all three lots.

Kapu Townhouses. Kihei.

1987-1994. Acquired apartment zoned beachfront property and developed a luxurious duplex. Later assisted in the sale of the property.

Kaupo Ranch Subdivision.

1990 – 2002 Partner in 75 acre oceanfront parcel in Kaupo on Maui’s East side. Parcel was subdivided into nine parcels. Property was sold in 2002.

105 Market Street, Wailuku.

1990- 2003 Designed and procured entitlements for this commercial building in Wailuku. Sold in 2003.

771 Alua Street, Wailuku.

1991 – 1996 Acquired and re-developed industrial building into a mixed office warehouse project. Bello Realty, Inc., conducted all leasing activity.

Makena Beach Lots Subdivision.

1995 – 1997. Acquired a one acre beachfront hotel zoned parcel next to the Polo beach Club in Makena-Wailea. Developed property into two low impact building sites, including an archeological easement to protect Hawaiian historic resources.

1624 Halama Street, Kihei
1997 –

1999 Acquired beachfront home and remodeled it. Operated the home as a vacation rental for 2 years prior to sale.

1688 Halama Street, Kihei

1997 – 1999. Acquired oceanfront parcel on Halama Street and built 2 magnificent beach homes. Sold in 1999.

Honokowai Beach Center, Honokowai, Maui.

2000 – Present. Acquired an old convenience store across from the Honokowai Beach Park and re-developed it into a historic theme retail center.

840 So. Kihei Rd., Kihei.

Ed and Pamela Bello acquired a one acre apartment zoned oceanfront parcel and re-developed the property into 3 luxurious beachfront residential parcels. We then built a 6,000 + sq. ft. beach home, which was sold in 2004.

South Maui Center/ Lipoa Street Subdivision, Kihei.

2002 – Present. Ed and Pamela Bello acquired a 4 acre commercial parcel and subdivided it into 3 commercial lots. They developed a 20,000+ sq. ft. retail/office complex on one lot. Bello Realty, Inc. completed the of leasing of the project and the property now features a saturday market.

Bello Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of the initial phase of 200+ Homes at the entrance to Kihei

Kihei Villages:

1989. Bello Realty, Inc. was a represented developer in the original sales campaign of a 532 unit residential condominium in North Kihei

Maui Hill Condominiums, Kihei.

Bello Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of a 140 unit project. 

Commercial Leasing and Management projects

Kamaole Beach Center,

Kihei 12,000 sq. ft. Consultant on the development of the property. Bello Realty, Inc. leased 100% of the spaces. Managed the property for the owner for several years.

Midway Center, Kahului

20,000 sq. ft. Managed and leased the property for several years

Dolphin Plaza, Kihei

23,000 sq. ft. Leasing and Management. Developed marketing plan for owner who acquired property with 80% vacancies. Leased it 100%. year.

Kihei Trade Center II,

Kihei 24,000 sq. ft. Developed marketing plan for original developer in early 1990’s and achieved 100% pre-leasing. We still manage and lease this property

Halelani Plaza (office), Kihei

16,000 sq. ft. Developed marketing strategy for owner when building was mostly vacant. Managed property for several years.

35 Hale Kaui St., Kihei, HI, 15,000 sq. ft.

Bello Realty, Inc. was a consultant in the development of this office/retail building. Co-leased and managed property from 1999 to 2004.

A-American Storage Center - Kihei. 6,500 sq. ft.

Developed Marketing Strategy to lease the building prior to its construction. 100% pre-leased.

Ed and Pamela Bello purchased a resort retail project at the ski resort and has been responsible for all leasing and management since 1988.

Ed and Pamela Bello purchased, subdivided, and developed a three lot subdivision in a historic district. Also restored an existinghistoric home.

318 North Main Street, Breckenridge, Colorado

In 2005 Ed and Pamela Bello acquired, redeveloped and leased a mixed use property in the historic district. Project included restoring a historic structure and building a 2,600 sq. ft. single family home on thissite.
