Daniel B. Cromwell, CCIM was first licensed in Hawaii in 1979 and has over forty years of experience in nearly every component of the Commercial Real Estate industry, delivering proven results from Macon, GA to Kona, HI.

He returned to the Islands to join the offices of Bello Realty, Inc., assuming the commercial property management role from owner Ed Bello, CCIM. 

Mr. Cromwell is a national leader in the science of site selection; utilizing trade area demographics & psychographics to match them with a tenant’s targeted customer profile - delivering successful new locations from coast-to-coast with nearly $500 million in economic incentives for these clients.
